The Claim Process
When death occurs, you will need to contact us. We order a claim form from the insuring company. The beneficiary of the policy needs to order extra death certificates from the funeral home. When the death certificates are delivered we will sit down together to fill out the claim forms. It then takes two weeks to get proceeds delivered.
